BestReach Rigid Belt Drive-Out Series
The BestReach rigid belt drive-out conveyor is designed to reach from a permanent conveyor all the way into a trailer with ease. They are easily powered in and out with no operator effort for improved ergonomics.
- Load capacity 50 lbs/ft
- Maximum live load at any given time 1000 lbs.
- 2-ply PVC belt
- 2HP motorized pulley for belt
- 60 FPM belt speed
- 38.5” top of belt height
- 28.375” discharge elevation available in one inch increments
- 45 FPM in and out travel speed
- Large 16” solid rubber tires never go flat and easily move over uneven floors and dock plates
- Structural channel base
- 1.5HP gear motor for extension
- 480VAC 3 phase standard via Igus energy chain
- Guide track assists the operator in extending and retracting the conveyor out from underneath the feed system
- Safety stop on discharge end
- E-stop interlocks
- In-motion warning alarm
- 5 – 6 degrees left to right powered steering with joy stick
- Indexing optic package – The leading edge of a package is detected and starts the conveyor which runs until the trailing edge is detected plus a pre-set time delay. The conveyor can be utilized as an end of line storage buffer.
- 240VAC 3 phase
- Belt speeds available in 60-135 FPM (variable speed uses 3HP motorized pulley for belt)
- Manual steering
- Side guard rails on loader mainframe
- Herringbone Transition- assists in centering the cartons while providing a smooth transition from the feed conveyor down to the loader
- Wheel guards
- Fan – located at the discharge end for added comfort
- Light – located at the discharge end for added safety
